API credit request

We are proud to announce that to support your project development, we are providing API credits to access our Octopus models and select Hugging Face APIs, generously sponsored by Hugging Face. If you need access to these API credits, please fill out the API Credit Request Form. We will do our best to allocate the necessary API credits to help your team succeed.

Timeline

1st Round - Online

July 19 : Submission open

August 10 : 1st round submission deadline
August 18 : Extended 1st round submission deadline

August 18 - August 20 : 1st round people's choice voting (Now that your app is submitted, get ready to vote for your favorite apps. Your project's votes ranking will count as 30% of your submission score.)

August 10 - August 20 : Judge's awards voting (Judges will review all entries and give a score for each project, which will count as 70% of your submission score.)

August 20 : 1st round winners announced

2nd Round - In person (hybrid) at The Hub @Stanford Research Park

August 25 : Selected teams will get to pitch live on stage at Stanford University (Stage pitches are 5 minutes in length +5min for QA)

Quality of the idea

Includes creativity and originality of the idea.

Implementation of the idea

Does the project demonstrate quality software development? Does the project thoroughly leverage the generative AI agents? How is the quality of the code?

Potential impact

How big of an impact could the project have on the target persona(s)? How big of an impact could it have beyond the target community?

Potential value to business

Includes the extent to which the app can help businesses grow.
